Reproduction: Egg-scatterer among plants, needs soft water. Fry initially require very small foods.
Feeding: Omnivorous. Eats all normal foods, appreciates regular feedings of live or frozen foods.
Additional Comments: Very nice display fish for planted tanks. Males develop long finnage as they grow and both sexes have many reflective diamond-like scales. Best kept in a school with other peaceful species.
