Reproduction: Eggs are laid on a hard surface, the eggs (and hatched fry) are guarded by both parents.
Feeding: Omnivorous. Eats all normal foods.
Additional Comments: Flowerhorns are a hybrid between various Cichlid species. Very attractive when mature, patterning can vary greatly depending on the fish's hybrid ancestry. Often kept as a single pet fish. Provide plenty of hiding places, tankmates should be of similar size and nature.
