Range: Nicaragua, Honduras
Reproduction: Eggs are laid on a hard surface, the eggs (and hatched fry) are guarded by both parents.
Feeding: Carnivorous. Dry foods and frozen foods.
Additional Comments: Can be a bit plain looking at first, but when settled both sexes become much more radiant with their multi-coloured bodies. Breeds readily and is a good parent.
